The Process

Step 1
Open verification from Documents
From the Driver Portal, start identity verification when your license and profile photo are on file.
Step 2
Selfie + Azure Liveness
Follow on-screen guidance for a live selfie. Azure Face Liveness confirms you are physically present.
Step 3
Face match to your license
Your selfie is compared to your license photo. Scores are recorded for compliance review.
Step 4
Submit background check
Authorize screening, receive a reference ID, estimated timeline, and confirmation receipt when submitted.
